Benchmark Pool Management provides swimming pool management contracts that include but are not limited to:

1)  OPENING

Our team of pool service professionals is on-site in the Spring to drain, pressure wash, and then acid wash the pool.  Facility bathrooms, pool deck, and lounge chairs are pressure washed and cleaned to provide a pristine environment for the members and their guests.  Our service team also ensures all pump room and mechanical operations are in good working order for a successful pool season.

2)  PRE-OPENING INSPECTION

Before the annual health inspection, our team of experienced pool professionals does a thorough walk-through to make sure that the facility and all equipment meets and exceeds required federal, state, and county standards.  This ensures your members and guests a safe environment and successful health inspection.

3)  HEALTH INSPECTION

One or more of our pool service team will be on-site to meet with the local health inspector, walking with them every step of the way to make sure all of the pool's facilities are well above the standards required by law.  It is through out constant compliance and wonderful professional relationshiops with many local health departments that our pools always meet and exceed industry standards.

4)  LIFEGUARDS

At Benchmark Pools, one of the many things we are proud of is our employees.  The ownership is directly involved in the hiring of all empoloyees.  Through our in-house Red Cross Certified Lifeguard, Pool and Spa Operator, and CPR training classes we make sure that every employee receives the best instruction in the business.  Constant in-service training helps each of our staff members stay sharp and focused throughout the summer. 

5)  SUPERVISORS

Our team of Pool Supervisors are dedicated professionals who have worked with the ownership for many years.  All of our supervisors come from in-house promotions and have been both certified lifeguards and pool operators before even being considered for this responsibility.  Our supervisors directly assist the owners in all matters from pool cleanliness to repairs and are a constant presence at the pools they oversee.

6)  WINTERIZATION

When the pool season comes to a close our work is not over.  Our pool professionals drain down the water level, blow out all system piping, and use anti-freeze ensuring that there will be no freeze breaks during the winter.  We also dismantle and secure all of the pool property and equipment, keeping it safe and clean for the winter.

7)  INSURANCE

Benchmark Pool Management carries $5 million of commercial liability insurance and is able to offer our clients umbrella coverage under our policy.
